An upscale country club in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Executive Sous with strong country club and/or banquet experience to partner with their highly regarded Executive Chef. This is an opportunity how to learn to run a kitchen soup to nuts (pun intended) while increasing your culinary chops (again!) and using your creativity to exceed guests expectations on some of the biggest days of their lives. You will interact and develop relationships with members and be the backbone that supports these guests and their families’ most memorable events. There is great work-life balance in this role with every Monday off and restaurants that close at 9pm along with a strong base salary and annual bonus from the guests.

Director of Operations
